  • Can I order only Salad and not go for the Yoga and/or diet consultation?
    Yes! You can definitely order only salad and there is no need to go for the diet consultation from our Nutritionist. However, taking consultation from our Nutritionist helps in getting desired result in more accurate manner. Online Yoga is being offered with our partner FittQ. Taking Online Yoga aids in your fitness journey but it's your choice not to take it.
  • Are all the salads veg? Or you serve Non-veg salads too?
    We serve Non-veg salads (Chicken and Egg) too with our different kitchens. As we keep both veg and non-veg kitchens separate. We deliver Yummy and Delcisious, calorie counted salads. We vouch for Clean eating, Organic, Gluten Free, No Sugar, No processed items, Low Carb, Keto, Jain, Pure veg, 100% Hygienic.
  • Is one box sufficient for one person or for one meal?
    Yes! One box of salad is sufficient for one person for one time meal. The size of box is 500ml and you get dressings along with in a 100ml box. Every salad box is calorie counted and due importance is given to protein and other essential vitamins count, which makes it really satiating. All boxes are less than 300 calories.
  • What are the delivery charges?
    The delivery is free. However we deliver the salads with the help of third party vendors like WeFast, Dunzo etc.
  • Can I collect the salad from your kitchen?
    We would love that but we believe in delivering salads directly to your doorstep. We have centers across Mumbai and deliver in every location in Mumbai.
  • Can I have a trial of a salad?
    Yes! There are 2 options to go for the trial of the salad. Option 1: You can take the 1 week subscription and try every new delicious and healthy salad for the week Option 2: Try our single salad which costs Rs. 325 Please WhatsApp us on +91 9867463574 to know more about this.
  • In case of any break in the week due to travel or other reasons, will my subscription get over?"
    No! In the subscriptions you get certain no of salads (5 salads for a week). So those many salads you will get by default and valid for the period of 6months. If you are travelling and don't want the salad on that particular day or days then you just inform us and we will stop the delivery, only ensure that you inform at least 2 days in advance. In case you are travelling in the location where we deliver and want to continue the salad then just inform us with the revised location and we will try to deliver there.   • Can I order a single salad?
    Yes. You can order a single salad. Just WhatsApp on +91 9867463574 and check the availability. We mostly make the salads only against the order. A single salad costs Rs 325 all inclusive.
  • Do you serve Jain / Vegan salad?
    Yes! We do!
